Carolyn has been concerned about common complaints from desk and computer work, driving, sedentary lifestyles, and resulting poor posture and energy imbalances.  As an answer to these complaints, she has been developing and presenting Office Yoga for several years and is now excited to share her experience through Wellday at Work.  She is dedicated to providing solutions that teach, inspire, and empower so that people learn skills and tools to reduce stress and take care of themselves early and effectively.  She hopes Wellday at Work provides a simple way to reduce stress and bring more joy into people's lives.

"The idea of Wellday at Work came to Carolyn and I from a conversation we had about the severity of illness that sedentary lifestyles can bring people.   Combining my years of professional experience with her years of professional experience we felt compelled to create an answer to this problem.   Wellday at Work is that answer.   We hope Wellday at Work in some way helps everyone that uses it.  That is the commitment we bring to this product.   If you have any questions please let us know.  Thank you and I hope you have a great day."  Ann
